Community Policies | Western Edition RV Community

Reservations & Payment

All guests complete a rental application and sign community policies before arrival.
A credit card is required on file at the time of reservation.
Long-term stays: one full month's rent is due at reservation; rent is due on or before the 1st of each month (prorated for mid-month move-ins).

Pets

Pets are welcome and have access to the fenced, off-leash dog park.
Outside the dog park, pets must be leashed and never left unattended.
Always clean up after your pet. Aggressive animals are not permitted.

Vehicles & RVs

Each site includes two full-size parking spots.
RVs and vehicles must be presentable, with current plates and insurance.
Observe posted community speed limits at all times.

Conduct & Quiet Enjoyment

Quiet hours are observed nightly so neighbors can rest.
No alcohol on roadways or common grounds; no drug use of any kind within the community.
Firearms must be stored securely and kept in compliance with all state and federal laws. Open carry while under the influence is strictly prohibited.

Guests & Visitors

All visitors must check in with management on arrival.
Management may limit the number of guests per site and the length of guest stays.
Subletting your RV or your site is not permitted.

Property & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to community property.
The community is not responsible for damage from weather, theft, or other guests' actions.
Management reserves the right to refuse service and enforce community policies to protect all residents.
